Allah, The Almighty says:
‘And keep up the prayer, and bring the Zakat, (Pay the
poor-dues) and obey the Messenger, that possibly you would be
granted ercy.”(An-Nur: 56)
Also, Allah's Messenger (PBUH) said:
"Islam is erected upon five pillars, to testify that there is no
God to be worshipped but Allah and to testify that Muhammad is
Allah's Messenger, establish prayer, pay Zakat, perform Hajj and
fast in Ramadan." (An agreed-upon Hadith.)
Allah, Glorified be He, prescribed
Zakat and associated it with many wisdoms and morals which
really affect both of the individuals and community. It is
considered as a source of soul purification to all its payers.
On the other hand it removes grudges and envy from the hearts of
the needy, and provides the whole society with a sense of
tranquility. In addition, it helps in solving many social
problems.
Zakat, also, helps in blessing and
increasing its observer’s fortunes in this world, and increases
his reward in the hereafter. Allah, Glorified be He, is the only
One to double the rewards for whoever spends in His cause,
seeking His pleasure. This is in accordance to Allah's saying,
“The likeness
of (the ones) who expend their riches in the way of Allah is as
the likeness of a grain that grows seven ears, in every ear a
hundred grains. And Allah gives manifoldly to whomever He
decides; and Allah is Ever-Embracing, Ever-Knowing.”
(Al-Baqarah:
261)

advocation of its effects for the individual and the society,

obligation of Zakat. This is maintained within the domains where

research works on those who are entitled to receive Zakat, to
identify the modest families, and support the charitable trust
worthy authorities.
Therefore, Zakat Fund is pleased to
invite you to support its activities and goals, through which we
can fulfill the missions of this obligation. In so doing, mutual
helpfulness will be attained and achieve all the noble and

Allah is always supporting His servant who supports his brother. |
