The Zakat Fund Honors the Organizational Excellence Team
HE Abdullah Bin Oqeidah Al-Muheiry, Secretary-General of the Zakat Fund honored the members of the organizational excellence team from among the Fund's staff members, for achieving high rates according to the standards of excellence, in the context of the Zakat Fund preparation for Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award. Al-Muheiry stated: We are keen in the Zakat Fund to honor all the hard-working staff members within the framework of the motivation policy we follow, which has a great effect on the staff performance, and on increasing the individual's output, as an aspect of the Fund's excellence. He also pointed out that all the staff members participate in the process of excellence which started in the Fund since its foundation, and that participation in the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award is the culmination of those efforts. Our participation necessitated forming a work group to organize and arrange files in accordance with the Award rules. Abdullah Al-Muheiry added: Today, we honor this team for the progress achieved in the course of preparation for participating in the Award, at a greater and faster pace than planned by us and by the company supervising the process of preparation for participation, and with outstanding performance and professionalism.
